Jean-Damien has been recruiting executives, managers and experts since 2020. He specializes in various sectors: construction, industry, renewable energies, infrastructure and B2B services. His practice is fueled by ten years' experience as Human Resources Director for major infrastructure companies.

His driving force: curiosity. His ambition: to offer his customers a tailor-made service, based on an in-depth understanding of their needs.

After starting her career with the United Nations Environment Program, Anne joined the world of recruitment, first within an American firm, then working at a Parisian boutique specialized in sourcing.  In 2006, Anne set up her own firm, Adeo Research, which assists companies with their needs for both expert and executive positions.  Following the sale of Adeo Research, she and Cento intend to continue supporting companies with a broader range of services, in a partnership that emphasizes on proximity.

Curious and open-minded, Anne's aim is to provide support to those who work with her, whether customers or candidates, with optimism and pugnacity.

After a career spanning more than 10 years as an account manager at Le Figaro, Pauline decided to set up her own home sales business in the world of decoration in 2005. Driven by a desire to help companies meet their human resources needs as effectively as possible, she joined the recruitment field in 2016. Thanks to her expertise, she accompanies companies on expert or C-Level assignments.
Pauline is convinced that recruitment is one of the essential keys to business development, success and employee fulfillment.

Violaine began her career in direct approach recruitment agencies, first with Progress et Associés and then Arthur Hunt. In 2009, she decided to set up her own structure to support companies and individuals in career management. She is convinced that the alchemy between the contribution of employees/candidates and the needs of a company gives meaning to everyone's work. 
Violaine is MBTI-certified, SOSIE-certified, STRONG-certified and trained in various tools: 360° and Wave from Saville Consulting.
